Brief about College

Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Technology (Polytechnic), Kolhapur is started in the year 2000, under the mentorship of Hon’ble Dr. Patangraoji Kadam with a view of imparting quality technical education to the students from rural area. The Institute is affiliated to Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai and is recognized by AICTE, New Delhi.

The Institute offers the student centric education. It includes academic activities and co-curricular activities. We have been catering the farsighted vision of the founder i.e. “Social Transformation through Dynamic Education.” We have upgraded our infrastructure, faculty, equipment, teaching learning process and attitude to meet needs and expectations of industry and society at large. The Institute provides a conducive learning environment for students to enhance their creative skills, utilize their potential in becoming competent engineer.
